A blend of two Andrade family estates — Fazenda Capim Branco and Fazenda São Silvestre — combining Yellow Catuaí, Red Catuaí, and Yellow Icatu grown between 800 and 1,250 meters. Naturally processed, it offers marzipan sweetness, brown sugar, and cherry notes over a smooth, balanced body.

- 01
First, the coffee varieties best suited to the process are chosen. This blend brings together Yellow Catuaí, Red Catuaí, and Yellow Icatu across the Cerrado region.
- 02
After varietal selection, the harvest team hand-picked only the ripe cherries from these varieties.
- 03
The ripe cherries were left whole with the skin intact and dried slowly and evenly (natural process) until reaching the target moisture content.
